HR software usually picks a side — either it serves the HR manager and treats employees like data, or it serves employees and leaves the back office with spreadsheets. Tiimi is one system with two surfaces tuned to their users: a dense, fast HR console for managers, and a calm, focused mobile companion for everyone else.
The manager dashboard covers hiring, employee records, attendance, payroll, and asset assignment. The employee app does the things people actually do on their phone: file overtime, request time off, check the calendar.
